Refund policy
We offer a 100-day return policy — you have 100 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Unopened items
To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without an approved request will not be accepted.
Opened personal-care items
Because our washes, oils, capsules, and suppositories are intimate personal-care products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — see "Damages and issues" below.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at info@lovejuixe.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right — this applies even to opened items.
Non-returnable items
We're unable to accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized orders, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
European Union — right of withdrawal
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 100 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. As with any return, items must be unused and in original packaging; per EU consumer protection law, sealed hygiene/intimate-care items that have been opened after delivery are excluded from this right.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@lovejuixe.com.
